Message	i was driving down a main street going about 10 mph with really hard rain. it was to the point where i couldnt see and traffic was slowely stopping. once i got under the bridge i could see and also see that i was in about 6 inches of water. when i hit the water the car died. water was getting drained underneith the bridge from drain pipes draining water off the train tracts above. water rised above the intake while the car was sitting there.
